Osebelel a Charm is Palau's first private, full-service veterinary hospital operating under the expertise of Dr. Kristen Decina, who has more than 20 years experience in the veterinary field.
We pride ourselves on offering a safe, convenient, friendly environment where families and their pets can come to receive the highest in quality care Palau has to offer.
Services offered include wellness and emergency veterinary services, vaccinations, deworming, animal prescription medications, flea/tick, and heart-worm medicine for every budget, home-visits, humane euthanasia services for sick or geriatric pets, surgical services, bathing and grooming, and much more! Our office also takes special interest in management and treatment of skin diseases that are common in Palau’s warm and humid environment.
Educational services include individualized health discussions on keeping your pet healthy, school visits, and volunteer and internship opportunities for those interested in learning about veterinary medicine, animal care, laboratory processes, and general medical sciences.

Our beautiful, renovated site includes an outdoor remembrance and reflection garden for our furry friends who have crossed to the Rainbow Bridge, spacious waiting room, laboratory, isolation area, private surgical suite, warm and welcoming examination room, hospitalization suite, and grooming suite. The property has a security fence, and animal safety can be monitored remotely through CC TV system.
