If you are interested in helping us to help Palau’s animals, there are several ways to contribute:
Local folks can volunteer time helping in the hospital! We welcome extra hands. We are also looking for local donations that allow our animal hospital to keep running- New or used towels, paper towels, bleach, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, printer paper, office supplies, wet and dry dog and cat food and treats, jarred meat flavored baby food, and canned chicken are some of the items we need most!
Internship opportunities are available! We love to teach animal health care skills, and these skills come in handy in the human medical field as well. Stop into the office if you are interested in an internship opportunity.
Veterinary professionals can send much needed supply and medicine donations- USPS ships International Priority boxes for a flat rate for any weight. Transit time is usually 2-3 weeks. Items we use most: Flea and tick medicine, antibiotics, anti-nausea medicine, probiotics, skin medicine, medicated shampoo, ear medicines, eye medicine, IV fluid bags+ lines, needles and syringes, IV catheters, though anything and everything is SO appreciated! Equipment donations- We cherish equipment donations, used and refurbished equipment is welcome! Our most needed items are: EKG (surgery heart monitor), IV and syringe pumps, stretcher, stethoscopes, portable ultrasound, and animal blood machines - CBC and Chemistry machines. Those interested in donating equipment can also “sponsor” an equipment donation by donating the cost of that specific item. Please contact us for more information on equipment sponsorship.

Monetary donations are much appreciated! Even though we keep our costs low, even good pet owners cannot always afford necessary, lifesaving care. We do our best within our means to try and provide service for those who need help affording it. We have set up an “Angel Fund” to help provide care for owners who do not have the funds to help their pet, for animals we see in the community who need help, and for un-owned animals who may be injured (often hit-by-car) and need humane relief.
